Prashant Dixit is a business-driven technology leader with over two decades of experience delivering digital transformation across startups and Fortune 500 companies, including RewardsPlus, Accenture, AIG, GMAC, Lincoln Financial Group, and Oracle.
He specializes in defining and executing digital strategies that align people, processes, AI, data, and technology to radically improve business performance. His leadership has driven measurable outcomes in revenue growth, operational savings, and significant improvements in customer experience across financial services and SaaS industries.
Prashant holds a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MS in Technology Management from Columbia University, and an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gilmar is a seasoned financial crime investigator at Holland Integrity Group (HIG), bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
Registered with the Dutch Financial Forensic Institute and operating under a Ministry of Justice permit, Gilmar helps organizations prevent, detect, and respond to misconduct and fraud. A former board member and treasurer of the Centre for Organisational Integrity.
Gilmar is a Harvard alumnus and anti-bribery and corruption specialist, he combines financial and strategic expertise with cross-cultural insight. Gilmar is fluent in Dutch, Portuguese, and English, and currently serves on the board of the Harvard Business School Club of The Netherlands.
