Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design rough draft illustrations according to project specifications.
- Develop engaging designs and layouts for emails, web assets, printed materials, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement social media best practices.
- Format final illustrations using Adobe software, ensuring adherence to Fact Finder Pro’s color and quality standards.
- Perform high-quality image editing and retouching in Photoshop.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to create solutions that support our campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure our creative output is cutting-edge, high-quality, and maintains our brand image.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong video editing skills and experience creating video ads for social media.
- Experience in social media marketing, creating posts and reels, and understanding how to capture an audience.
- Excellent layout and typography skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong conceptual and artistic skills.
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Illustrator or in a similar role.
- Portfolio of completed illustrations, preferably works done for blogs/articles.
- Documenting and digital drawing skills.
- Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
