Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of product initiatives within the designated workstream.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with design, development, and testing teams to translate ideas into functional products.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on product features and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7- 10 years of working experience in the Tech industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in product management.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Passion for technology, media literacy, and combating misinformation.
