Gilmar is a seasoned financial crime investigator at Holland Integrity Group (HIG), bringing over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
Registered with the Dutch Financial Forensic Institute and operating under a Ministry of Justice permit, Gilmar helps organizations prevent, detect, and respond to misconduct and fraud. A former board member and treasurer of the Centre for Organisational Integrity.
Gilmar is a Harvard alumnus and anti-bribery and corruption specialist, he combines financial and strategic expertise with cross-cultural insight. Gilmar is fluent in Dutch, Portuguese, and English, and currently serves on the board of the Harvard Business School Club of The Netherlands.
Joseph has extensive leadership experience in Cybersecurity, having led the Security Consulting Practices at KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and CA Technologies (now Broadcom). He served as Citigroup’s number two global security operations executive. He also led the creation of the Verizon Risk Report (now Cyber Risk Monitoring) and the Data Breach Investigations Report (DBIR) team.
